South Park Lake House
Residential / New Single Family
A new single-family home for a local family near the edge of a lake south of town. The design pairs traditional mountain forms with modern detailing, warm materials, and generous glass to frame lake views and bring natural light deep into the home. The goal is a timeless, functional house rooted in the mountain landscape and Western tradition, with enough flexibility to adapt as the family's needs change over time.
South Park Guest House and Barn
Residential / New Single Family
A combined guest house and barn structure south of town. The upper level contains a 1,000-square-foot guest house positioned to capture long views toward the Tetons and Glory Bowl, with two bedrooms, one bath, an open kitchen, living, and dining area, and a covered upper deck. Below, the barn level includes hay storage, covered pony stalls, RV storage, and a separate mixed-use room, bringing residential guest space and ranch functions into one compact building.
North Colorado Ranch House
Residential / New Single Family
A new three-bedroom ranch house in northern Colorado, organized around a tall vaulted kitchen, living, and dining space with exposed trusses, clerestory windows, and generous glass to bring in natural light and frame long views toward the Front Range foothills. The ground level includes a large primary suite with a generous bath and closet, a large mudroom, butler's pantry, oversized three-car garage, and a separate transition space that supports daily movement between the house and the nearby barn. An upper-level guest wing includes its own den and kitchenette, while multiple outdoor spaces extend the house into the ranch landscape with a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, built-in spa, firepit sitting area, pastures, and views toward the site's hogback rock formations.
Cattle Drive
Residential / New Single Family
A new four-bedroom single-family home in Porter Ranch, a new subdivision within the landscape of a former large ranch. The house uses a simple two-story gable form paired with a lower shed-roof volume, drawing from agrarian building shapes while keeping the detailing clean and modern. Wood siding, large openings, and an open kitchen, living, and dining area give the home warmth and everyday flexibility, while a ground-level primary suite and oversized garage support family life, storage, and mountain-town gear.
Pasture Front
Residential / New Single Family
One of the first completed homes in the Porter Ranch development, located along the north edge of the neighborhood next to existing pasture and agricultural land. The four-bedroom home places all bedrooms on the upper level, with a large open kitchen, separate pantry, and generous living and dining area organized to take advantage of long views toward the Teton Range. At the entry facade, a suspended steel trellis over the garage breaks down the two-story mass and adds changing light, shadow, and depth to the front of the house.
Haysled
Residential / New Single Family
A three-bedroom home in an established neighborhood with strict HOA requirements for height, roof form, and overall massing. The design maximizes livable area within those limits through a U-shaped plan: entry at the center, open kitchen, living, and dining spaces to one side, and private bedrooms and utility spaces to the other. A protected courtyard patio, open above and enclosed on three sides, brings outdoor space into the middle of the plan. A separate second-level mother-in-law suite includes its own kitchen, bath, studio space, and deck.
Corner Creek
Residential / Additions + Remodels
A residential remodel and addition that adds a new second story over an existing garage, along with a new stair, enclosed porch, deck, mudroom, and interior updates. The upper level creates a new primary suite, office, and sitting area, while the lower level is reworked with an enlarged bath and improved everyday entry sequence. The project expands the home within the existing structure while improving function, privacy, and outdoor connection.
Fish Creek
Residential / Additions + Remodels
A residential addition that creates an oversized two-car garage, two new bedrooms, a new bath, a sitting area, and a new connector back to the existing main house. Part of the new construction reuses the existing garage slab and foundations, allowing the project to build from what was already on site while expanding the home for new family needs. The addition improves storage, bedroom capacity, and circulation between old and new portions of the house.
North Jackson
Residential / Additions + Remodels
A substantial remodel of an existing home on a bench overlooking the full Teton Range. The original house was moved to a new foundation and a better position on the site to improve views and create a stronger front yard. The project reconfigured the interior layout, added new windows, siding, drywall, insulation, and finishes, and expanded the home with a new primary suite and upstairs guest suite. A new double-sided stone fireplace, reclaimed barnwood walls, sauna, outdoor bar room, hardscape, and covered deck support a Rustic Mountain Western character shaped by authentic materials, antiques, Molesworth furniture, and Ralph Lauren fabrics.
Pines
Residential / Additions + Remodels
A major remodel of an existing approximately 7,000-square-foot home. The project gutted and reconfigured the interior with a new kitchen, new primary suite, new guest suites, and a modern wood, steel, and glass stair that reorganizes the center of the house. High-end custom cabinetry, new mechanical, AV, and lighting systems, new windows and doors, and reworked exterior patios and entry areas brought the home up to a new level of function, finish, and continuity.
Town
Residential / Additions + Remodels
An addition and remodel to an existing in-town home. The project adds a new second story over the existing garage with a primary suite, office, sitting area, and upper-level deck oriented toward views of the surrounding buttes and canyons. A new mudroom, laundry, and stair improve the daily entry sequence, while corrugated metal siding gives the addition a direct, durable exterior character.
Snow King
Residential / Additions + Remodels
A two-part Snow King townhome project: first, a full exterior overhaul of the townhome development with new siding, exterior stairs, decks, gates, steel railings, and a material palette of two-tone wood siding and perforated oxidized metal panels. Second, a full gut remodel of one two-bedroom, two-bath unit with new windows and doors, reconfigured rooms, a new kitchen, custom dining island, concrete countertops, slate and natural stone tile, bamboo flooring, new lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and an outdoor dining area. The unit also includes a separate three-story loft with a large deck oriented toward Snow King and the fireworks. A translucent stair wall made from sanded acrylic panels, hand-shaped into overlapping fish-scale forms, and hand-built cabinetry and doors give the interior a personal, crafted character; much of the labor was self-performed while living in the unit.
South Jackson Mixed-use
Residential / Multi-Family
A mixed-use concept with lower-level light industrial space for commercial storage and seven residential apartments above. The design uses a modern industrial language, with a corner deck oriented toward views of the Teton Range. A complicated building envelope, parking requirements, and mixed-use program all inform the stepped shape and massing of the building.
Elk Avenue
Residential / Multi-Family
A mixed-use development with fourteen employee apartment units above six lower-level light industrial spaces. The design combines cementitious fiberboard siding, a concrete base, and steel accents for a modern, durable character suited to the industrial/residential program. The apartments are planned as efficient compact units that make careful use of limited area while meeting local affordable housing requirements. The project received both Sketch Plan and Development Plan approvals from Teton County.
Pinedale Mixed-use
Residential / Multi-Family
A large three-bay shop building with an attached two-bedroom ARU and office. The project combines practical garage and work space with compact residential and office uses, including an upper deck on the third level. The building uses somewhat modern forms with a durable exterior palette of wood and steel.
Jackson Multi-Family Development
Residential / Multi-Family
A compact in-town four-unit multi-family building with townhome-style units, covered parking, and a roof terrace. The design uses a modern form with wood and metal siding, plus perforated metal accents for shade, texture, and privacy. The small site is organized to make efficient use of its town location while capturing views toward Snow King and the adjacent buttes.
Resort Cafe
Commercial
A remodel of an existing dated resort cafe. The design reconfigures the layout with more defined seating areas, including custom built-ins for high-top seating and booths, along with a new cashier and entry sequence. The existing drop ceiling is opened up to capture more height in the dining area, while a new lower ceiling helps define the service counter and order zone. A new cubby and bench area supports changing shoes and removing helmets, with new finishes and lighting throughout to make the cafe feel more organized, comfortable, and current.
PSB Driggs
Commercial
An interior commercial remodel focused on the kitchen, ordering, and seating areas. The project updates the customer-facing layout and support spaces to improve flow, function, and the overall dining experience within the existing building.
